Role Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great family-run business that is growing year on year. We are seeking an experienced, hardworking and reliable Administration Assistant to join a our friendly, local team in our office in Birmingham. You will be:
* Processing orders
* Dealing with customers over the phone and by email
* Ordering materials from suppliers
* Dealing with suppliers by email and phone
* Using in-house systems.
Qualifications
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
* Experience in the kitchen and bedroom furniture industry is preferred
* Additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus
Competitive salary offered based on experience: £23,900 - £25,500
