I am recruiting for an SME specialising in car parking fine collections, known for its fantastic culture, strong support system, and excellent earning potential. The company operates under FCA regulations, ensuring fair and ethical collections.
This is not a hardcore debt collection role—it’s about helping individuals manage their debt responsibly, with a focus on support, compliance, and customer service.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be:
1. Handling inbound calls from customers regarding parking fine payments
2. Discussing payment options, including full payments or arrangements
3. Providing compassionate, customer-focused solutions within FCA guidelines
4. Maintaining accurate records and following compliance requirements
5. Working towards targets and commission-based earnings

What We’re Looking For
Limited experience required – Full training provided
Strong communication & customer service skills
Ability to work within FCA regulations
Comfortable handling payments & discussing financial solutions
Clear DBS required – Credit check can be unclear but must be flagged
