HR Advisor Location: Weybridge (Hybrid) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Benefits Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to support their European branches, ensuring alignment with HR policies, local employment laws, and best practices. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing both strategic and operational HR support across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted HR partner to European branches, with a focus on Poland and Hungary. Provide guidance to local HR teams, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Stay up to date with UK employment legislation and implement necessary changes. Support managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Lead Learning & Development initiatives, identifying training needs and managing external providers. Regularly review and update training and development policies. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in an HR advisory role. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with international teams. Resilient and confident in handling multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday or HRIS experience is a plus. CIPD qualification or relevant HR degree preferred.
