The Training Developer is the key contact for all Training Analysis, design, development, and evaluation needs within the business. This includes the development of training products that meet stakeholder and regulatory requirements in accordance with the company's processes and procedures. The role holder works with site training and business organisations to promote high standards of training products for end user completion and subsequent deployment of personnel to support the Sellafield mission. Duties:
* Contributes to the investigation and identifies appropriate prerequisites/equivalents to be used to meet requirements.
* Investigates areas of perceived performance gaps.
* Contributes to forming recommendations for the customer on the back of a Training Needs Analysis investigation.
* Utilises various systems to investigate if duplicate/similar training material currently exists.
* Facilitates the analysis of roles, and subsequent tasks.
* Effectively communicates findings to relevant committees.
* Independently inputs analysis data using the appropriate system and process.
* Captures design data in recommended systems.
* Using the analysis data as the key source of input, determine the optimum training intervention whilst considering cost and effectiveness. Presents decisions to relevant committees, clearly explaining the benefits.
* Uses a range of resources/software to produce training and assessment material
* Inputs to peer review, offering suggestions and feedback in order to improve the training programme.
* Develops training that is structured according to Sellafield standards, meets customer needs from a deployment, technical, inclusivity and quality point of view.
* Facilitates the review of legacy documentation.
* Carries out Post Training Evaluation and escalates any findings and recommendations., An attractive defined contribution pension scheme - the company will match up to 13.5% for a 7% employee contribution!
