About the Role The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Manager to deliver a high quality and confidential administrative process. You will need to have experience within a HR environment, with an understanding of general best practices and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. You will be able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation, have excellent interpersonal skills and adapt to a variety of tasks which will require good planning and organisation skills. No two days are the same as an HR Assistant at HMWT; you will be joining a friendly and committed team and get the opportunity to learn about the valuable work that the Trust carries out.
