In our Tenancy Enforcement Advisor role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reporting anti social behaviour and neighbourhood management issues, to deliver a first class customer experience including call handing and online services.
Location: Hybrid, minimum of 1 day per week in our Rushden, Boston or Peterborough office
Salary: Up to £26,400 per year
Contract: Permanent
⏰Your week: 36.25 hours per week, 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday, with 1-hour lunch
✨Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as our Tenancy Enforcement Advisor:
Be the first point of contact for all anti social behaviour and neighbourhood management queries into the group, taking incoming calls via the group call handling system. Triaging, risk assessing and action planning all calls, giving initial advice, opening a case on the system and allocating to the correct team member.
Appropriately respond to webforms reporting anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood management issues, including opening a case on the system and allocating to the correct team member.
Ensure all customer contact is recorded accurately on the system, including adhering to data protection requirements.
