The position requires promoting positive relationships, maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour, employing creative teaching approaches, and demonstrating strong knowledge of the primary curriculum alongside good literacy and numeracy skills. You should also have experience with a variety of Special Educational Needs and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
