Customer Service Advisor – Inbound Calls / Financial Services. Middlesbrough - £excellent basic & package Monday – Friday (8.45am – 5pm) with occasional requirements outside of these hours. A leading UK Financial Services Group, which has won numerous industry awards for excellence and investment in people, is looking to recruit experienced Inbound Contact Centre Advisors for a newly developed team. The company provides consultancy advice to a large proportion of FTSE 100 & 250 clients surrounding pension scheme setup, management, accounting, and legislation.
This role will provide first-class customer service to pension scheme members who have queries or require pension scheme information. Specific responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound calls from pension scheme members, managing a range of queries and information topics.
2. Use your initiative to identify areas in which you can help and provide solutions, information, or alternatives as required.
3. Answer email inquiries, sending out required information, applications, or forms as needed.
4. Record all calls and information responses in an easily comprehensible manner.
5. Update customer records and files.
6. Professionally manage any customer complaints and escalate as needed.
