Previous experience within our industry is not necessarily required but applicants will require basic level of computer skills to then be provided training on our systems and also have a good phone manner to help deal with customer queries. Hours are 09:30 am – 06:30 pm Monday - Friday
The Junior Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the transport office. The duties within the role are broad and include a range of responsibilities which include but not limited to;
• Dealing with customer queries
• Dealing with driver issues
• Booking jobs onto the computer system
