As the IT Client Engineer, you will be a key member of the IT support team, responsible for delivering 24/7 assistance to over 18,000 customers.
What you will be doing:
* Providing in-hours BAU support, planned out-of-hours work, and on-call out-of-hours support
* Assisting with client move-in and move-out processes
* Maintaining and troubleshooting site Audio Visual (AV) and meeting room technology
* Managing Wi-Fi, ethernet, networking, and telephony systems
* Liaising with third-party suppliers for various IT services
* Executing client-requested works in offices and communication rooms
* Aiding the IT Sales team during the sales process
Desired Skills and experience:
* Proven experience as an IT engineer in a customer-facing position
* Expertise in networking fundamentals, including VLANs, NAT, OSPF, and L2/L3 switching
* Strong knowledge of virtual private networking and IP security
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
