I have partnered with the largest property consultancy in the South East England region who are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their growing team.
This is a varied role focusing on operational, financial, contract and health & safety management with a touch of sustainability. You will head up all hard & soft services across a large portfolio of up to 350 properties.
The portfolio includes a mix of commercial and residential properties, such as industrial, retail, and drive-throughs.
As part of a tight-knit team, you will report to the Head of FM while working alongside skilled FM’s and Surveyors. Your working week will be split between the Milton Keynes office and site visits across the portfolio in the Enfield/St Albans areas.
