They are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager to manage a dynamic construction operations for an innovative Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network. In this role, you'll lead a team delivering high-performance, 10-gigabit symmetrical networks with state-of-the-art Wi-Fi 6 technology, making a tangible impact in the lives of thousands.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead regional construction teams, ensuring timely, high-quality project execution within budget
2. Oversee installations from aerial/underground networks to in-home setups using advanced fiber optic technologies
3. Manage compliance and reporting, presenting progress to executives while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations
4. Optimize construction productivity, interpreting splicing diagrams, and driving cost-efficiency
Required Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in fiber optic construction management with extensive FTTH project experience
2. Expertise in splicing, OTDR testing, and XGS-PON technologies
3. Proficiency with CAD, GIS tools, and construction software
4. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Salary & Benefits:
1. Competitive Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually
