We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HGV Fleet Administrator to join our growing team. This vital role involves supporting the smooth operation and management of our fleet of HGV vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
Manage fleet documentation, including MOTs, insurance, and tax.
Liaise with drivers and suppliers to resolve fleet-related issues.
Monitor vehicle performance and report on fleet utilization.
Assist with fleet budgeting and cost control.Ideal Candidate:
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of HGV fleet operations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
