Don’t forget you will also have a supportive team around you to help you along the way Our Warranty Advisors are fundamental within our Aftersales department Day-to-day they are primarily responsible for processing warranty claims as well as liaising with customers both face-to-face, over the phone and via email. We are looking for an individual with a customer service background “serviced” to perfection Processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards Assessing the quality of warranty job cards which includes feeding back to the workshop Invoicing and other ad-hoc administrative tasks Supporting with Paint and body claims Interacting daily with customers over the phone We are looking for an individual with a Technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry.
