Job description: Marketing executive, Bernhard & Company: Bernhard and Company, a long-established manufacturer and thought leader in the turf industry, are searching for a a highly organised and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing strategy and contribute to the growth of our brand. You have: Great organisation skills Team player spirit Great communication skills Ability to build relationships The drive to make an impact Enthusiasm towards learning new skills Responsibilities: · Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. · Content Support: Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content and materials, including website content, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency. · Social Media Management: Support the management of the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance. · Email Marketing: Assist in the development and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis. · Website Updates: Coordinate updates to the company website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing objectives. · Market Research: Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. · Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows. · Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing budgets, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing calendars. · Reporting and Analysis: Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for future optimisation. · Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and agencies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. · Brand Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and legal regulations. · Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. Key skills and attributes: · Proven experience (typically 3 -5 years) in a marketing support role. · Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. · Ability to work with/coordinate agencies. · Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). · Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and website content management systems (Wordpress). · Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. · Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. · An interest in sport would be advantageous Preferred skills and qualifications · Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). · Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles. · Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo). · Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
