An exciting opportunity has come about for an individual to work along the M62 Corridor (Pontefract to Manchester) to join a well-established and highly regarded Contractor who have been delivering lasting impact for clients within the Civil Engineering sector (Highways infrastructure predominantly).

About The Role:
As the Contract Manager, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of our Civil Engineering projects up to £1m in a highways environment. You will work closely with the Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers and take responsibility for the overall delivery of the project to programme, budget and handover.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Programming of works
2. Full operational overview of projects
3. Conducting regular client meetings updating on progress
4. Management of all site teams
5. Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to
6. Report directly to the Head of Projects.
About You:
• Previous experience as a Contract / Project Manager
• Previous experience on Civil Engineering schemes £1Million +
• Previous experience working on Highways schemes
• Live or able to commute across the M62 Corridor
• Experience of working on NEC Conditions of Contract.
