We are recruiting for a full-time Care Worker on a permanent contract, working varied shifts including days, nights, and some weekends. This secure role offers good pay, comprehensive training, and no previous experience is required.
Our Extra Care units provide residents with self-contained living spaces within a larger building, with care staff based within the unit to support each resident. As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with varying needs to live as independently as possible, following personalized care and support plans.
Each client has unique needs. Your tasks may include assisting with housework, helping with morning routines, preparing meals, providing companionship, assisting with medication, or helping residents with washing and dressing. Beyond tasks, our carers build friendships, offering encouragement, companionship, and sometimes a laugh, especially during tough times. While caring can be challenging, the gratitude from residents and their families makes it worthwhile.
