Beyond the technical, you’ll also have the chance to lead and inspire. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong background in electric motor design and manufacturing, coupled with an innovative mindset and a passion for pushing the boundaries of engineering. A degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc, MSc, or PhD) is essential, alongside extensive experience working with electric motors, SolidWorks proficiency, and a deep understanding of manufacturing principles.
