Account Manager - Aylesbury Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Account Manager for our client based in Aylesbury. Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) Hours: 9 am-5 pmHybrid - 2 days working from homeDuties: - Act as one of the main points of contact for the management team, reporting any updates to the correct department.- Manage the roster, ensuring all future absences and holidays are covered within good time, making sure all roles are always covered.- Carrying out routine client visits to get an understanding of how the client works and their requirements to enhance client relationships.- Working closely with the clients to arrange induction of new starters and managing the shadowing programme.- Ensuring all notes and updates are recorded correctly on the company's internal system- Assigning new and existing staff in respect of their responsibilities- Managing staff contracts and encouraging extensions- Liaise, coordinate and communicate with the staffing team by telephone and email.- Carrying out interviews with- Participate in the out-of-hours call systems, dealing with emergencies out of hours and reporting to the senior team.
