Your role is crucial to ensuring that our laboratory partners receive uninterrupted access to ultrapure water, which is essential for their research and quality control processes. You will work both independently and as part of a dynamic team, providing on-site support and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimal system performance. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Duties: Install, calibrate, and maintain Milli-Q® water purification systems at client sites. Diagnose and repair technical issues to ensure minimal downtime for laboratory operations. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff on system use and maintenance. Document service activities and generate detailed reports for clients and internal records. Key Requirements: Technical degree or certification in a related field (e.g., electronics, mechanical engineering). Proven experience in installing and servicing complex laboratory equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
