Prior experience of supporting individuals with epilepsy would be desirable for this role.

What does a Support Worker do?
As a Support Worker, you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will hugely contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable, dignified, progressive, and happy life.
* Personal care: Supporting people respectfully to look and feel their best.
* Supporting people to live independently: Budget management, paying bills, arranging appointments.
* Excellent communication skills/relationship building: Supporting the person to understand the world around them and promoting positive relationships.
* Community & Social Inclusion: Support to make choices and create opportunities, spending time with families and friends, having an enjoyable social life.
