Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive Department: Marketing Reports to: VP of Marketing Main Purpose of the Role As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be key in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting brand development to drive business growth. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and Commercial team, you will ensure that marketing efforts effectively engage target audiences, generate leads, and enhance brand presence. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns & Strategy Execution Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Support lead generation efforts through content marketing, email campaigns, and digital advertising. Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure sales and marketing alignment. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Digital Marketing & Online Presence Manage and update the company’s website, ensuring SEO best practices. Execute and monitor Pay Per Click (PPC) and social media advertising campaigns. Work with an external PPC agency to optimize paid advertising efforts. Oversee email marketing initiatives, ensuring targeted and effective communication with prospects and clients. Produce engaging content for social media channels to drive brand awareness and audience growth. Collaborate with a content agency to develop high-quality marketing materials and thought leadership pieces. Branding & Content Creation Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and newsletters. Assist in the production of video content to support digital marketing initiatives. Work with external agencies and freelancers when required to develop marketing assets. Sales & Commercial Support Support the creation of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks and proposal templates. Assist in tender responses by compiling and formatting relevant marketing and branding elements. Maintain and manage a central library of marketing assets and case studies. Person Specification Essential Criteria Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in a B2B, service, or consumer organization. Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in content creation, including writing for email, social media, and marketing collateral. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desirable Criteria Experience in bid and tender writing. Knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo). Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Previous experience in a fast-growing company or start-up environment.
