Nisbets have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join the team in Avonmouth on a Fixed Term Contract.
We are looking for someone to work Part-Time between 22-26 hours a week within our core hours 8:30am – 5:15pm, with flexibility on days and hours per day. The ideal candidate will have some HR administration experience to ensure they can come into the role with an understanding of the key accountabilities below.
Key Accountabilities
* Creates offers and contracts of employment for Nisbets new starters.
* Chases missing paperwork from new starters/managers to ensure compliance with right to work legislation.
* Maintains HR general query inbox and responds to daily colleague & manager queries.
* Updates HR & Dayforce system as required with new starter information and changes.
* Generates correspondence to Nisbets leavers.
* Creates change of terms and conditions letters.
* Electronic personnel document filing.
* Assists HR team with any ad hoc project work (system related or otherwise).
* Updates colleague training records.
* Takes notes at employee relations meetings.
* Report writing, auditing and testing.
Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required
* Previous administration experience required.
* Good interpersonal and general communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task when required.
* Well-organised and pro-active.
* Commitment to excellent customer service.
