We are looking to recruit are looking to recruit a professional, conscientious, individual to become part of the Administration Team for our Community Neurological team based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. The working hours will be on a Monday and Tuesday
Previous administration experience is essential, however full training will be given.

To support the running of the neuro service reception.
To support the day-to-day running of the administration needs of the Community Neuro team and to act as a point of contact for professionals.
To provide administrative support to the Community Neuro team to enable them to meet client needs and undertake their role, delivering quality patient care. The post holder will be flexible in order to meet the requirements of the Community Neuro Manager’s remit.
To work as part of a team ensuring that the daily administration tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
To communicate with professionals and the general public with tact and sensitivity.
To ensure that accurate details are exchanged with all relevant staff. To give support to patients, carers and staff where appropriate, acting as a supportive member of the team at all times.
