Senior Designer/Manager Vacancy in Brighton
OTE 50-80k per annum with a profit share in the business.
Kutchenhaus Brighton is looking for a full-time experienced senior kitchen design sales consultant/manager to join our expanding team. We pride ourselves on unique and personal designs for kitchens and furniture around the home. The role involves offering a complete service from the first client meeting to the final part of the project, working closely with our clients in their homes as well as in our showroom. As we are looking to expand, we are looking for a candidate with some management skills to take over the running of the showroom as well as designing. On successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, there is a possibility to earn a share of the net profit in the business.
We need the candidate to be exceptional with time management and accustomed to working to deadlines. We expect our designers to manage their projects from start to finish, and you’ll be working alongside the director, which will provide continued support in your role as well as training and guidance where required.
As someone with experience in selling with integrity and a passion for client service, you will be rewarded with a very competitive uncapped commission for each project. After successfully completing a 6-month probationary period, there are options for a share of profit in the business.
Expectations:
* Minimum of two years’ experience in kitchens, design, and sales
* IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft products
* Compusoft Winner CAD design knowledge
* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
* Proven track record of exceeding expectations
* Experience in site preparation, installation, accurate design, and quoting
* Outstanding record in customer relations
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday with one day off per week. Some Sundays and bank holidays in peak periods.
