One of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers is looking to develop their expertise in Water Hygiene across their largest UK business segment, dedicated to providing cutting-edge Hard FM services across clients from banking to government.
Water Hygiene is a key pillar of this service, with planned and reactive works carried out by a sizeable team of Mobile Engineers across the UK, including a QS and three managers.
In this role, you will lead the team of QS and three managers, working at a senior leadership level under a mandate to grow, develop, and refine the capability of the team to self-deliver and reduce reliance on subcontractors.
You will also scrutinize and improve upon various compliance and governance controls related to Water Hygiene and Sampling.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident senior Water Hygiene Lead to take your team on a journey to excellence, raising the profile of the Water Hygiene function and delivering on an enviable client base.
Actions will include:
* Promote and ensure the highest levels of health and safety and compliance are achieved.
* Engage with other senior managers within the business and represent the business unit as the figurehead of water delivery.
* Attend any requested meeting by the PE Water or Director of Assurance.
* Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, supporting account leadership in the management of service delivery and driving local initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems, and reporting.
* Be fully aligned and a promoter of the company frameworks and standards including the safe systems of work and assurance framework via OPT.
* Ensure the efficient and consistent operation of all Water Engineering/risk assessment activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the Account Regional portfolio.
* Support and originate technical services initiatives to deliver Account savings glide paths and account plans with detailed and specific objectives of cost savings, consistency, and risk management.
* Financial management responsibilities for the Water service delivery.
* Be responsible for the achievement of the critical/key performance indicators and service level agreements and other associated measures as contracted.
* Be wholly accountable for the water delivery across all outputs.
We need from you:
* Extensive experience in Water Hygiene leadership.
* Ideally, membership of a related professional body.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £65,000.00-£72,000.00 per year
