We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative person to join our hardworking central support team.This is a permanent part-time role working for 15 hours per week.
In this varied role, you will work closely with the Payroll and Pensions and HR Teams to ensure that we provide a comprehensive and responsive in-house systems support service. Along with Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy trust, we also provide Payroll services to our sister Trusts in Derbyshire and Leicestershire covering a total of 84 schools.
We are Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust and we bring together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire. Our Central Team office is located just outside of Nottingham city centre and we operate a hybrid working model.
In this role you will:
Assist the System Administrator in all aspects of the HRIS including both day-to-day operational requirements of the system.
Support the ongoing development of the HRIS.
Deliver an efficient, effective and customer focused System Admin function to all academies and the central teams within the Catholic Multi-Academy Trusts.
Support the production and analysis of reports using the HRIS.
Assist HR, and Payroll and Pensions with communications on global updates on pay and other required notifications.

To be successful you will:
Have experience of developing and operating an HR/Payroll system.
Be able to manage a varied and complex workload, ensuring delivery against strict deadlines.
Be adept at working with and managing large amounts of complex information.
Be a strong communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be highly ICT literate with the ability to quickly adapt to different ICT systems.
