Job Description
* Manage and coordinate daily schedules and appointments
* Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring all relevant documentation is available
* Handle all incoming correspondence, prioritising and responding as necessary
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
* Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
* Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
* Maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring easy access to documents
* Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
* A strong educational background, preferably in business or a related field
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
* Experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role within the property industry
