Professional, effective business and administrative support is essential to the Service. We are currently looking to recruit a Legal Admin Assistant to join the legal business support team to support a range of disciplines within the Law and Corporate Services Directorate. This role offers a variety of duties including but not limited to:
* The preparation and submission of court bundles and documentation as directed.
* Maintaining and updating case management systems as required.
* Business administration tasks relating to performance analysis through reporting.
* Liaising with services and suppliers and processing invoices; being the first point of contact for any business support.
Wirral strongly supports a flexible and agile working approach. The role will require presence in the office at least 2 days a week.
About the candidate:
You will have strong planning, prioritising, and organisational skills and a passion and drive to deliver results consistently while providing high standards of customer care. Ideally, candidates will have some experience or understanding of providing legal support services to case holders dealing with a range of litigation and other non-contentious matters, including maintaining business management information systems and producing business management analysis. However, previous experience is not essential; enthusiasm and commitment are vital. Training and support will be provided to the right candidate to develop knowledge and proficiency. You will have good attention to detail, communication, and IT skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team and under pressure.
