Utopian Professional Recruitment are delighted to be working with a great client who are looking to expand their Glasgow office and recruit an Order Administrator.
The purpose of this role will be providing an effective, timely and accurate processing of orders for a diverse range of product lines. In this role you will interface with global business units to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Contract – 1 year fixed term contract
Hours - 37.5hrs per week (across 2 shift patterns including 8-4pm or 9-5pm, Monday to Friday)
This will be an office based role which offers onsite car parking, with a view to being hybrid once fully trained and settled in the role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales order management functions
2. Process orders for the EMEA region
3. Reconcile and audit orders to customer contracts / purchase orders
4. Ensure orders and change orders are booked in accordance with the business global bookings, SOX and revenue policies
5. Review sales order packets for completeness and accuracy
6. Enter and Book orders in the global Oracle ERP System including service & rental contracts
