Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing great service to our customers, responding to queries, and championing Co-op products and Membership
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and solve problems for customers and members
* Maintaining a safe and legal store environment, including keeping shelves stocked and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate
* Introducing new products and services, making changes feel natural, and sharing experiences with colleagues
* Supporting local community activities and events
