Role Summary This is a new role which has been created to develop our people reporting capabilities at Autolus, and assist on a large-scale HRIS implementation. As part of the HRIS team you will leverage the HR system and analytics tools to deliver high quality management information, provide valuable data insights that enable decision-making, and act as the SME for all things HR data and analytics. We are looking for someone experienced in working with HR systems (especially Workday), with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in working with Data Visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI). It is key that you are detail-oriented and have a continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities As part of the HRIS team help develop and deliver on the HRIS roadmap, acting as data and analytics SME / lead. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand people data requirements and provide analytical support for HR and business initiatives. Design, develop and maintain accurate HR MI reports and dashboards, including the generation of monthly HR performance indicator reporting and analysis, to enable data-driven decision-making. Leverage Workday analytics and other reporting tools to identify the changing requirements and challenges of the growing business, using trends in the data to forecast future HR needs. Serve as a subject matter expert on people data and analytics, mentoring and coaching the HR team to develop expertise in using data insights for driving process improvements. Handle data-related queries, requests and issues from across the business, working with internal teams and third parties to provide solutions and resolve issues. Conduct regular data audit reporting and undertake remedial activities to ensure the integrity of the HR and Reward data. Perform data uploads and validation activities to support regular and ad hoc processes as part of the employee lifecycle. Work closely with team members and IT colleagues to maintain and improve integrations between HR and other systems. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of our people data across business systems. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen data security and drive compliance across HR systems and processes, including SOX, GDPR and other GxP practices Ensure external regulatory and statutory reporting requirements are met. Provide support in relation to a variety of Reward processes including the creation, maintenance and access to the required tools. Support the delivery of the activities that underpin the compensation and benefit function offering including pay review processes, bonus payments, salary benchmarking exercises, benefits management and renewals. Produce and maintain clear instructional documentation and learning content for training purposes. Provide support for HR systems alongside HRIS team members, including technical support, testing and upgrades. LI-DNI
