Job Title: Civil Aerospace Ethics and Compliance Officer

What you will be doing
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Ethics and Compliance officer to join our team. You will partner with the business to sustain a culture of integrity based on ethical principles, compliance, and the effective management of non-financial risk.
As an Ethics and Compliance officer you will provide support and guidance on all Ethics and Compliance policies including Conflicts of Interest, Gifts and Hospitality, Sponsorships and Donations, Confidential Information and Speak Up. You will manage the day-to-day operation of the Know Your Partner (third party due diligence) programme for the business and support with Anti-bribery and Corruption (ABC) risk assessment, monitoring, assurance, training, and communication activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Ethics and Compliance - Civil Aerospace to implement and oversee the company's Ethics and Compliance programme within the division.
* Act as a first point of contact for Ethics and Compliance questions and concerns, providing day-to-day support and guidance to employees on Ethics and Compliance policy matters.
* Carry out monitoring and assurance activities, including ABC risk assessment, Ethics and Compliance maturity reviews, joint venture monitoring and support internal audits.
* Collaborate with other divisional and corporate Ethics and Compliance team members to solve problems, share knowledge, and help and improve the global Ethics and Compliance programme.
* Develop and implement ethics and compliance training, and drive initiatives and/or communication to improve ethical and compliance awareness and behaviour.
Who we're looking for:
* Knowledge and experience of Ethics and Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance topics, either directly or indirectly from a related role (e.g. risk, internal audit, commercial).
* Degree or equivalent in a business, law, risk, or a related field.
* Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across broad range of functions and geographies.
* A keen eye for detail to be able to identify potential compliance breaches or ethical concerns.
* Able to stand up to management challenge and promote doing the right thing.
