As an Account Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of key accounts, developing and executing strategic business plans, and fostering strong, consultative relationships with senior clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet customer needs and growth goals.
2. Build consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and drive account expansion.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful platform implementation.
4. Lead initiatives to enhance product adoption and share best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., Account Director, National Account Manager).
2. Proven track record in account growth, business development, and stakeholder management.
3. Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to translate customer needs into digital solutions.
5. Experience in fast-paced sectors (e.g., FMCG, tech, or services).
6. Global market knowledge, particularly in European, US, and Australasian industries.
7. Multilingual skills are a plus.
