An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Corporate Engagement Manager to join our team, on a temporary basis for up to 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
Working closely with the Director of Development, you will lead on engagement with companies as sponsors, partners, supporters, and advocates for the Bletchley Park Trust.
You will be the first point of contact for companies looking to engage with Bletchley Park. You’ll also proactively identify and cultivate companies who may have a propensity to support. The aim will be to build strong, long-term relationships with companies and their key internal stakeholders whilst maximising income for the Bletchley Park Trust.
You will have excellent interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills, and will be able to think strategically to maximise income and engagement. You will be a strong team player who has the ability to stay calm under pressure and to inspire others.
Ideally, you will have had experience in a corporate partnership role in a charity or cultural organisation. Business development or sales experience from a corporate role might also equip you well for this position.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, based on site at Bletchley Park. The ability to flex working hours to accommodate some ad hoc evening/weekend working is required.
The salary will be between £38,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits include 33 days annual leave per year (including statutory holidays), complimentary entry pass allowance per year, company pension scheme, death-in-service, and healthcare cash-plan.
