Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. Duties

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
* Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary services.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
* Facilitate support groups and community outreach programmes.
* Stay informed about local resources and services available to clients.
Experience
* A degree in Social Work or a related field is essential.
* Previous experience in a social work or healthcare setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of anatomy and patient care practices is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective client interaction.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills are essential traits for success in this role.
