We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our team within Vistry Services, covering our Business Units in the Midlands and North of England. As our Recruitment Business Partner, you will assist with all recruitment processes, systems, and projects across the group to maximise and continuously improve the level of direct sourcing. The Recruitment Business Partner will work closely with the wider People team and senior business stakeholders to provide a first-class recruitment service across Vistry Group. You will assist hiring managers across your designated regions to efficiently recruit for their roles, offering support through the full recruitment lifecycle, from inception through to offer. The Recruitment Business Partner will also hold responsibility for key strategic recruitment initiatives, including market mapping, direct headhunting and resource planning for upcoming projects within the business. Your focus will be to achieve KPI's set for your designated regions including (but not limited to), direct vs agency percentages, savings generated in direct recruitment and time to hire. You will report monthly on your region's success and report on metrics such as Diversity and Inclusion. The Recruitment Business Partner will be required to attend regular networking and careers events, to promote Vistry as an employer of choice.
