How will I spend my time in this role?
* Generate Accurate Statements: Validate and follow industry processes to produce precise billing statements;
* Timely Billing: Ensure customer accounts are billed promptly to maintain efficient operations;
* End-to-End Account Processing: Manage accounts from initiation to resolution, ensuring a smooth workflow;
* Analyze Issues: Understand the reasons behind any discrepancies and identify effective solutions;
* Handle Exceptions: Address issues raised by the business and manage exceptions with attention to detail;
* Utilize Systems Effectively: Leverage various systems to gather information and facilitate quick resolutions to queries;
* Resolve Billing Issues: Tackle both routine and complex billing challenges with confidence;
* Support the Team: Assist other departments as needed and as directed by your Line Manager, fostering collaboration across the business.
