Description
Provide daily administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
Handle all forms of correspondence, documents, and reports.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
Organise, file, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials for meetings and projects.
Ensure smooth communication within the department and with other departments.
Perform other related duties as assigned.Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
A strong academic background in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and other office software.
