Due to recent business growth, we are looking to hire Trainee Consultants to join our successful team based in central Havant. This will be a dynamic role where you will be working closely with both our temporary workers and clients in the Manufacturing and Industrial sectors.
You will receive full training in all aspects of the job, which will include advertising and marketing positions, registering workers, coordinating and inducting temporary workers on-site, and liaising with our prestigious clients. Additionally, you will receive industry-specific training that will help you develop a solid understanding of the sector.
Once you have completed your initial training, you will also be taught how to manage a sales process and will be expected to follow this process as part of your role. You will be fully supported as you learn and progress in the sales aspect of the job.
In addition to the training, you will have the opportunity to gain professional qualifications, including the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and an NVQ Level 3 in your field!

What do you need?
We are looking for a driven, positive individual with excellent customer service skills, and someone who is confident communicating with people face-to-face or over the phone. You may have gained these skills from a previous customer-facing role. Your main priority will be to ensure our workers and clients receive the highest level of service.
As the role will involve travelling to client sites, you will need to be close to obtaining or already hold a full UK driving licence.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 OTE
