To provide comprehensive expertise in Business Change Management (BCM) to support organizational initiatives and drive alignment with broader BCM strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement Business Change Management plans, including communications, engagement, and training.
* Engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
* Conduct Change Impact Assessments and establish Change Networks.
* Design and deliver learning resources and training initiatives.
* Monitor change readiness, adoption, and address gaps as necessary.
* Support and promote Business Change Management frameworks, tools, and processes.
Knowledge and Experience
* Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and apply BCM methodologies effectively.
* Experience in creating BCM frameworks, including tools, templates, and processes.
* Familiarity with industry-specific contexts, particularly within the energy sector, is desirable.
* Adept at collaborating with teams and stakeholders across various geographies and cultures.
