We are recruiting for a Product Analyst to join our QA Technical team in Market Drayton.
To ensure that all products produced at Palethorpes are cooked and panelled in accordance with the schedule set by the Technical Manager. To ensure that all product testing schedules are adhered to. To learn the basic elements of a QA role. This role is intended to be a development step to a Junior QA. To safeguard their own health and safety and that of others by practicing safe behaviours on site.

Location and shifts: Market Drayton, 6am – 6pm, 4 days on 4 days off
Salary: £26,375 per annum
Key Accountabilities
1. Panel to be run at defined times to sample products as per the agreed schedules.
2. Shelf life microbiological verification, meat QUID, product nutritionals and any other testing requirements as defined by the site schedules set by the Technical Manager will be adhered to.
3. Adherence to QA Schedules and verification testing as required by the Technical Manager.
4. Meat QUID testing schedule will be completed on time and in full and documented evidence of this maintained.
5. Product nutritional testing for new products and existing products will be completed according to the schedule set by the Technical Manager and this will be documented.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
1. Attention to detail

3. Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a group
4. Problem solving and inquisitive attitude
5. Able to work with other departments.
6. Great team player
7. Ideally 1 year as a QA. Food Hygiene Level 2. Ideally has worked in a Food Factory for at least 1 year.
