We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant General Manager to join the team in our beautiful Chelsea site and contribute to delivering the highest standards of service. Role Overview: As the Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the facility. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for residents, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and upholding our reputation for excellence. This position also involves delivering group exercise classes and personal training sessions, adding a unique and engaging element to our services. Key Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth execution of all services. Uphold and enforce the highest standards of customer service and facility management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks. Deliver group exercise classes and provide personal training sessions tailored to residents’ needs. Collaborate with various departments to enhance the resident experience and maintain operational efficiency. Address resident enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Monitor and manage staff performance, providing support and guidance where needed. Participate in staff training and development to ensure consistent service quality. Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and inventory management. Requirements: A strong desire to progress to General Manager level, demonstrating ambition and long-term commitment to the role. Proven experience in a similar role within luxury residential, hospitality, or fitness sectors. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and their practical application. Qualified to deliver group exercise classes and personal training sessions (relevant certifications required). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively. Ability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role.
