Your Job Role:
As room service server you will be an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. You will provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and/or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

What You Will Do:
* Provide exceptional room service to guests, ensuring their in-room dining experience exceeds Four Seasons standards of excellence.
* Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by offering personalized service and knowledgeable recommendations about menu options, daily specials, and beverages.
* Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally to guest rooms while maintaining a high level of courtesy and attention to detail.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring that all items are properly stocked and ready for service.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operation and seamless guest experience.
What You Bring:
* A passion for delivering outstanding service with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
