Job Description
My Local Government Client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (Change) to join their established HR & OD function and support the project management of a large change project in the Communities Directorate restrucuting 5 departments into 1.
This role is initially for 6 months with excellent hybird working arrangements. 1 say a week in the office.
This Change Project role is focused around departmental structural changes, oversight of the change and planning etc with metrics and outcomes and supporting and guiding managers. This role will also support some aspect of employee relations and candidates must be able to demonstrate experience across this remit.
