5. Evidence of current CPD
6. 3 years Professional clinical experience in Critical Care speciality at Band 6 or above in Critical Care.
7. Highly developed clinical assessment and communication skills
8. Ability to work autonomously with experience of successfully resolving complex problems
9. Ability to successfully manage people and change
10. Extensive experience in managing own workload / and leading a team.
11. A knowledgeable clinician with the ability to apply evidence based practice
12. A sound knowledge of professional policies and procedures
13. A knowledgeable clinician with ability to ensure clinical governance is embedded into practice
14. A commitment to clinical supervision and staff development
