Monitor system performance using tools like Grafana & Prometheus, ensuring high uptime & proactive issue resolution. Configure and manage Jira workflows & ITSM tools to improve service management. Collaborate with IT teams, developers & vendors to support system upgrades, enhancements & integrations. Assist with pharmaceutical/industrial robot integration, ensuring smooth automation & compliance with industry standards. Maintain documentation, improve processes, and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) & post-mortems. What We’re Looking For: 2 years of experience in Cloud application support, or IT helpdesk roles. Hands-on experience with platform monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus). Strong troubleshooting skills in system diagnostics, cloud computing, APIs & integrations. Experience with Jira workflows, automation, & ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow). Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of pharmaceutical/industrial robotic systems is a plus Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have): ITIL Foundation Certification (ITSM best practices) Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner CompTIA A or other IT certifications
