Reporting directly to the Marketing and Membership Manager, this pivotal role will oversee acquisition activity across all marketing channels, driving quality leads that bring new guests and members into our cooperative. With a focus on driving growth and engagement, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing and traditional media campaigns, and monitoring and optimising SEO performance, with the support of a digital marketing agency. You will also create organic reach social media content, and oversee 3rd party brand promotions with the support of a Partnerships Executive, delivering largely contra-based campaigns. The role will include mapping new customer journeys and establishing automated onboarding activity to aid sales conversion. As such, we’re looking for a multi-skilled direct-to-consumer marketer, with a brilliant balance of relationship-building and front-facing communication skills, paired with the ability to monitor performance data and insights to optimise live activity. The Role: Work closely with the Marketing & Membership Manager to shape the acquisition strategy and execute multi-channel new customer activity for HF Holidays Drive brand awareness grow through smart paid media activity and contra partnerships Amplify our brilliant brand reputation through online customer reviews Increase new customer sales in both traditional segment and new audiences Manage campaigns across digital, print, social media, SEO and partner channels, ensuring alignment with brand, sales and membership acquisition goals, and optimising ROI. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create effective marketing materials and content. Work closely with the Partnerships Executive to grow and maintain strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities to expand our reach. Monitor and report on acquisition performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, adapting strategies as needed. About You We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, resourceful, and passionate about making a difference. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in a similar acquisition-focused marketing role in the B2C travel, tourism, leisure or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital and offline channels. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Analytical marketing mindset, with experience in using data to inform decisions and drive performance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
