As a Customer Service Administrator you’ll be responsible for:
1. Processing orders, returns, exchanges & refunds via the CRM system & excel.
2. Assisting with MCS accreditation admin processes
3. Dealing with telephone & face to face customer enquiries
4. Providing a high level of customer service
5. Taking ownership and control of the administrative processes within the office and being the go to person.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with half hour lunch.
