Responsibilities
* Schedule work diaries and book customer appointments efficiently.
* Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly.
* Process and redirect relevant repair information to the appropriate team members.
* Order parts and items as identified by the engineering teams.
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
Requirements
* Highly organised with previous experience in office-based administration.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Experience in scheduling is beneficial, but not essential.
* Strong IT skills are essential.
* Proactive and flexible attitude with excellent attention to detail.
